Conditions of Sales
- Orders are F.O.B. our warehouse and title passes upon delivery to carrier
- Orders accepted subject to credit approval and availability
- No cancellations after 10 days from date written
- All orders shipped by UPS unless otherwise specified
- Ship by date is the last day for the merchandise to leave our warehouse
- All C.O.D and deposits must be paid by cashier's check or money order
- We only accept credit cards payment Visa and MasterCard
- All credit cards payment subject to approval in order to process the order
Returns Policy
- No returns accepted unless accompanied by "Return Authorization" number
- RA# will be issued from our sales office upon written request stating reason for return
- All returns will be accepted up to 30 days after invoice date
- Send all returns to: Big Bang Clothing, Inc corporate office
