Conditions of Sales:

• Orders are F.O.B. our warehouse and title passes upon delivery to carrier
• Orders accepted subject to credit approval and availability
• No cancellations after 10 days from date written
• All orders shipped by UPS unless otherwise specified
• Ship by date is the last day for the merchandise to leave our warehouse
• All C.O.D and deposits must be paid by cashier's check or money order
• We only accept credit cards payment Visa and MasterCard
• All credit cards payment subject to approval in order to process the order

Returns Policy:

• No returns accepted unless accompanied by "Return Authorization" number
• RA# will be issued from our sales office upon written request stating reason for return
• All returns will be accepted up to 30 days after invoice date
• Send all returns to: Big Bang Clothing, Inc corporate office
